Stefaan Arryn

Stefaan Arryn is the current VP of People at Silverfin. Prior to joining Silverfin, Stefaan served as Chief People Officer at Ellis from November 2017 to August 2019. Stefaan was responsible for all HR Talent activities for the Securex-group from September 2007 to October 2017, including Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. Stefaan has also served as a Training & Development Advisor at Randstad Group Belgium from May 2005 to August 2007 and as a Projectcoördinator Training & Development at Vion from January 2001 to May 2005.

Stefaan Arryn has a master's degree in I/O psychology from Ghent University.

They are on a team with Tom Libbrecht - Finance Director, Louis Verbeke - Head, NL & LUX, and Steve Wozniak - Product Director. Stefaan Arryn reports to Lisa Miles-Heal, CEO.
