Rachel Brean

Rachel Brean has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rachel currently holds the position of Senior Sales Director, Financial Services at Silverline since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Director, Financial Services at the same company from 2019 to 2023. Their responsibilities included sales, customer success, and business development for Salesforce Financial Services. Rachel also served as an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at Ithaca College starting from 2021. Before joining Silverline, they worked at Bluewolf, an IBM company, as an Account Executive from 2016 to 2019, and as an Account Executive from 2016 to 2018. Rachel also has experience working at Blackbaud as an Enterprise Sales Engineer from 2014 to 2016, an Enterprise Solutions Consultant from 2010 to 2014, a Reporting and Data Mining Analyst in 2010, and an Account Executive from 2009 to 2009.
