Shailendra Singh

Shailendra Singh has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Manager & Industry Lead for Financial Services & Media at Silverline, where they coordinate project teams, handles deals, facilitates offshore staffing, and oversees overall delivery. Prior to this role, they were the Implementation Director at Expedite Commerce, responsible for guiding the successful launch of Quote-to-Cash applications into customer environments. Shailendra has also held positions at Silverline as a Senior Manager and Development Manager. In addition, they have worked as the Service Director at Trekbin and SFDC Lead at GE Digital. Their earlier roles at Trekbin involved serving as a Service Director, Sr. Technical Lead, Technical Lead, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Shailendra started their career as a Technology Associate. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Shailendra Singh completed their Engineer's Degree in Computers from the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they attended St. Mary's High School from 1991 to 2004 and obtained their High School diploma from the S.S.C Board. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Salesforce, including Administrator, Community Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Pardot Specialist, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, and Sales Cloud Consultant. Shailendra has also completed certifications in Foundations of Project Management and Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project from Coursera, as well as the Trailhead Expeditioner certification from Salesforce Trailhead.
