Cate Springer

Catherine "Cate" Springer is an experienced executive project manager currently with SilverLining, Inc. since November 2009. Previously, Cate held the position of project manager at Marmol Radziner from November 2017 to June 2019, gaining insights into West Coast building practices. As the principal owner of Springer LLC from April 2004 to October 2017, Cate focused on project management and design construction. Cate's career also includes a role as construction manager at Turner Construction Company from 2001 to 2004, where involvement in the Time Warner Building project was significant. Beginning as an architect at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP from 1997 to 2001, Cate transitioned from design to project management. Cate holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of California, Berkeley.
