Mark Rowland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at SilverRail since June 2022. Previously, they held the position of Director of Digital Product & Design at ASOS.com from March 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Lead at Facebook from December 2018 to January 2021.
Mark has also gained valuable experience at Expedia, Inc., where they held various roles including Director, Global Product, Senior Product Manager, and European Transport Revenue Manager from 2010 to 2018. Additionally, they worked at AdIntel as a General Manager, responsible for sales, reports, invoicing, and customer support. Mark also served as the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager at Insurancewide.com, where they focused on improving performance, data management, and developing relationships with insurance companies.
Mark started their career as a Technical Manager at Crystal Interactive and later transitioned to the role of I.T. Manager at Crystal Innovation. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results.
Mark Rowland attended Loughborough University from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management & Engineering.
