Aaron Strait

Aaron Strait, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aaron is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Silvi Materials since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Global FP&A at Dover Fueling Solutions from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Dover Fueling Solutions, Aaron held various positions at Legrand. Aaron served as the Director of FP&A - Data Power & Control Division from March 2019 to July 2020 and as the Director of FP&A - Power & Access business from February 2016 to March 2019.

From October 2013 to February 2016, Aaron worked at Johnson & Johnson in the role of Financial Planning and Analysis - Medical Devices. Before that, they served as a Supply Chain Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson from July 2011 to October 2013.

Prior to their tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Aaron worked at GE as a Finance Manager. Aaron was responsible for managing the finance operations of the Dallas and Salt Lake City steam turbine and generator repair plants from July 2008 to April 2011. During their time at GE, they received an innovation award for creating labor utilization reports and led cost reduction projects.

Aaron also gained valuable experience through internships and early-career roles. Aaron served as a Financial Analyst Intern at TD Ameritrade in 2008 and completed a Corporate Finance Internship at Paccar Financial Corp in 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Collections Specialist at Citi from 2005 to 2006 and as a Bank Teller at Chase from 2003 to 2004.

Aaron Strait obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in MBA from The University of Dallas, in which they enrolled from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Aaron also obtained a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from GE in the year 2010.
