Brett Spencer

Brett Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Brett started their career in 1994 as a Route Manager at Northeastern Waste INC. After that, they worked as a Truck Operator at Republic Services from 1998 to 2003 and then as a Truck Operator at Paradise Waste Inc from 2003 to 2005. Brett then joined CEMEX in 2005 and held various roles, including Ready Mix Truck Operator, Concrete Batch Plant Operator, and Readymix Dispatcher. In 2013, they became a Readymix Plant Operations Manager at CEMEX, and later served as a Continuous Improvement Lead and Readymix Area Manager. Most recently, they worked at Silvi Materials as a Plant Manager from 2019 to 2022, and then as a Regional Manager for Pennsylvania from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Brett holds the position of Director of Operations at Silvi Materials from 2023 onwards.

Brett Spencer pursued an education in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1993 to 1994. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained several certifications such as 6 Sigma - Green Belt Certified and 6 Sigma - Yellow Belt Certified from CEMEX in April 2017 and June 2016 respectively. Brett also obtained certifications in Effective Presentation Skills from CEMEX in March 2016, Class B CDL from the State of Arizona in January 2016, and Ready Mixed Concrete Plant Manager from NRMCA in August 2013. Brett has also mentioned a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I, but no further details about its acquisition are available.
