Marlene Nyholm Voss

Marlene Nyholm Voss is the SVP of CHRO at SimCorp. Marlene has previous experience working as HR Legal responsible in supply chain integration and business standardisation project at Carlsberg Group from August 2008 to February 2014. Her responsibilities included the HR legal coordination of the supply chain integration and business standardisation project in Western Europe – including guidance on communication locally and centrally as well as support for local markets regarding transformation management, organisational design, communication and negotiations with unions. Marlene has also worked as an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School from August 2006 to June 2018, where they were responsible for the employment law course at the M.Sc. HRM degree. Prior to that, they were an attorney-at-law at Norrbom Vinding I/S from January 2000 to July 2008, where they gave strategic business oriented guidance for public authorities, organisations and private companies (Danish as well as international) on all legal aspects related to HR, including employment contracts, policies, restructurings, working environment, tax matters and expatriations.

Marlene Nyholm Voss has a background in HR, having completed the CEB HR Leadership Academy and The Carlsberg Group's Accelerated Leader Development Programme. Marlene also has a masters in Law from the University of Copenhagen, and has completed master courses at Southampton Institute.

They are on a team with Martin Schak Møller - SVP, Group Legal & Compliance, Marc Schröter - Chief Product Officer, and Hans Otto Engkilde - EVP & Managing Director, SimCorp EMEA. Their manager is Christian Kromann, CEO.
