Sofie Jensen

Sofie Jensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people services, global mobility, and employment law. Currently serving as the Director and Head of People Services & Experience at SimCorp since November 2022, Sofie leads global and local People Service Delivery teams. Prior to this role, Sofie was with COWI for over eight years, holding various positions including Head of Global People Service Delivery, where responsibility encompassed a team of 14 focused on global mobility, Danish labor law, GDPR, and compensation & benefits. Earlier roles included Tax Consultant at PwC Danmark, Legal Consultant at Københavns Universitet, and experience in contract management and legal assistance. Sofie's educational background includes a Master in Law from the University of Copenhagen and various legal courses at Duke University School of Law.
