Vaibhav Kale

Vaibhav Kale has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Vaibhav began their career in 1998 as an R&D Engineer at STMicroelectronics. In 2000, they moved to IBM Global Serviced India as a Design Engineer. In 2004, they joined Synopsys India Pvt Ltd as a Senior R&D Engineer and was later promoted to R&D Manager. In 2007, they moved to Synopsys as a Corporate Application Engineer and Field CAE. In 2011, they joined Xilinx as a Senior Manager, Data Center Applications Engineering, Sr. Manager, Strategic Applications Engineering, and Technical Marketing Manager. In 2021, they became the Director of Customer Application Engineering and Success at SiMa.ai.

Vaibhav Kale has an extensive education history. Vaibhav obtained their B.E. in Electronics from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1995. Vaibhav then went on to pursue an M.Tech. in Control Systems from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi between 1995 and 1997. In 1998, they earned a Diploma in VLSI Design from CDAC, Pune. In 2012, they completed an Executive Program in Sales and Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Career and Success Coaching from coach4excellence. Most recently, they are pursuing an AI Product Management degree from Udacity. Vaibhav also holds two additional certifications, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn (obtained in September 2020) and Living Coaching certification from Coach4Excellence (obtained in March 2014).
