Jenna Diegel has work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. In 2016, they worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Research Assistant at Kresge Hearing Research. In 2020, Jenna worked as a Summer Intern at Chandrasekaran Lab - University of Michigan, where they focused on developing a metabolic model for pancreatic cancer. Additionally, from 2020 to 2022, they served as a Volunteer Research Assistant at Arnold Lab - University of Michigan, conducting research on the vaginal microbiome and bacterial vaginosis. Currently, they are a Junior Scientist at SimBioSys, Inc. starting in 2022.

Jenna Diegel completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering between 2017 and 2021. Jenna then pursued further education at the same institution, graduating with a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering between 2020 and 2022.
