Jesse Bucksot, PhD

Jesse Bucksot, PhD, has extensive work experience in the field of computational science. From October 2021 to the present, Jesse has been working as a Computational Scientist at SimBioSys, Inc. Prior to this role, Jesse worked at the University of Texas at Dallas for five years, from August 2016 to October 2021. During this time, Jesse held the position of Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Before joining the University of Texas at Dallas, Jesse gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from January 2015 to May 2016. Jesse also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant during the spring semester of 2015 at Purdue University.

Jesse Bucksot, PhD has a strong academic background in the field of biomedical/medical engineering. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in biomedical/medical engineering. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2021, Jesse pursued their higher education at The University of Texas at Dallas, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the same field.
