Shylaja Devi currently holds the position of Head of Sustainability Compliance at Sime Darby Plantation and has previously worked as the TQEM Manager Downstream at Golden Hope Plantations Berhad. Shylaja's expertise includes managing commercial and operations agreements, developing emission reduction strategies, and quality control protocols for various operations. Shylaja Devi holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from University Putra Malaysia and has a strong focus on sustainability across the value chain.
