Faidzal Razali

Faidzal Razali has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Faidzal is currently the Assistant Vice President - HR & Administration (Leisure Business) at Sime Darby Property since August 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Assistant Vice President - HRBP & Talent Management at the same company from August 2021 to July 2023.

Before their time at Sime Darby Property, Faidzal worked at Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd as the Lead (Deputy Senior Manager) - Performance & Rewards from July 2020 to July 2021. Faidzal also gained significant experience at Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd, where they worked in the Performance & Rewards department from February 2017 to July 2020.

Faidzal's career journey includes a role as Assistant Manager - HRBP & Talent Acquisition Specialist at AmBank Group from October 2014 to January 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Executive at Sime Darby Property from November 2012 to October 2014. Faidzal began their career as an HR Planner at Petrosains Sdn Bhd from October 2010 to October 2012. Finally, Faidzal worked at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad as a Senior Executive in Collection & Recovery from July 2009 to September 2010.

Faidzal Razali began their education at SMAP Kajang, where they completed their SPM (O-Level Equivalent). After that, they attended Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology, General. Additionally, Faidzal obtained several certifications, including Creative Thinking, Mindfulness Practices, Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, Jeff Dyer on Innovation, and People Analytics, all from LinkedIn, in the months of April and May 2020.
