Meliza M.

Meliza M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Meliza started their career in 1997 at Resort Management Ltd, where they initially worked as a Manager before being promoted to Senior Manager and ultimately Associate Director of Operations. In 2005, they joined KPMG as an Associate Consultant, where they were responsible for HR advisory and recruitment for multinational and public listed clients. Later that year, they moved to Hay Group as an Associate Consultant and then progressed to the role of Consultant, specializing in human capital initiatives such as talent management and leadership development. In 2016, they joined Bursa Malaysia as a Senior Vice President of Talent Management. Most recently, Meliza has been working at Sime Darby Property since 2018, first as the Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development and now as the Head HRBP & Talent Management.

Meliza M. has studied Psychology (Organizational) at the University of Michigan. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration on Management and Organizational Development at Eastern Michigan University.
