At the start of their career, Carlos worked as a Tactical Incident Manager and 2nd level of support (Service Desk) at Hewlett-Packard. Carlos Roberto provided 2nd level support to service desk agents, analyzed performance areas for improvement, and managed high business impact incidents and requests. Carlos also worked as a Technical Solutions Representative IV (Service Desk) during their initial role at Hewlett-Packard.

Carlos Roberto Torres González has a strong education background in business and finance. Carlos Roberto completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Auditing and Public Accounting from ULACIT in 2012 and 2013. Carlos also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they earned from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2005 and 2011.
