About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic GTM & Salesforce Systems Architect Lead. This role is perfect for someone eager to manage and optimize a suite of powerful tools including Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and more, to enhance our GoToMarket Operations. You will leverage your project management and business analysis skills to map processes end-to-end and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

As GTM & Salesforce Systems Architect Lead, you will lead the administration, development, and continuous improvement of our tech stack, ensuring all tools are seamlessly integrated and aligned with our business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to make data-driven decisions, accelerate sales cycles, and achieve our growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration and Development: Customize, develop, and optimize Salesforce to enhance productivity and deliver actionable insights. Implement profiles, roles, security settings, custom applications, and more to drive business outcomes.

  • Tech Stack Management and Optimization: Own, manage, and maintain the sales and customer success systems, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Cognism, and other related tools. Ensure systems are configured to meet the needs of the sales and customer success teams, optimizing workflows and automating processes where possible.

  • Solution Development: Build scalable solutions within Salesforce and other tools, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and more, ensuring they align with business processes and objectives.

  • Tool Implementation & Integration: Lead and manage projects for system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create a platform roadmap, and develop scalable, best-practice solutions focused on superior user experience and business impact.

  • Leverage Technology: Use AI and advanced technology to empower our Go-To-Market teams, improving sales speed, forecast accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

  • Data Stewardship: Lead data management initiatives, ensuring high-quality data through robust governance, security, and automation strategies.

  • Insight Generation: Develop comprehensive dashboards and analytics from opportunity identification to revenue recognition, providing insights that drive strategic foresight and business growth.

  • Enablement Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Revenue Enablement to provide training and support. Create and update training materials, user guides, and SOPs to assist team members in effectively utilizing the systems.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest releases and best practices for all tools in the tech stack, making recommendations to optimize our processes and maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration/Development and managing other sales tools.

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Developer.

  • Proven track record of building and optimizing sales tech stack components to support business processes and integrate with other applications.

  • Expertise in configuring and managing tools like Gong, Clari, Apollo.ai, and others.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to translate user stories into impactful solutions.

  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical updates to non-technical audiences.

  • Superior analytical abilities, with a passion for working with data to build robust, scalable processes.

  • Experience with data analytics tools like Excel and Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese could be a great plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce tools and integrations for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Knowledge of revenue enablement tools such as Gong, Clari, Apollo.ai, Slack, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.

  • Database and data analysis in SQL , Python, and other programming languages are not mandatory but a great plus.
