Alona Kisliakova (She/ Her)

Alona Kisliakova has an extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Alona started their career as a Recruiter Intern at MarketPlace in 2016. Alona then moved on to work as a Technical Recruiter at Soshace in 2017 and NOVARDIS Consulting in 2018. In 2019, Alona joined V Kontakte LLC as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for the full recruitment cycle. Currently, they are working at SimilarWeb as a Global Talent Sourcer, where they specialize in sourcing and maintaining qualified candidates for critical roles in R&D, GTM, and Marketing divisions across the globe. In addition, they are involved in executive-level tasks such as implementing the Sourcing Academy for the global TA team and conducting sourcing sessions for the leadership team. Alona's expertise lies in market and talent research, which has enabled their team managers to identify new markets, positions, and skill sets.

Alona Kisliakova earned their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Saint Petersburg State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
