Dana Cohen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Dana is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at SimilarWeb, where they established and managed a team of over 30 professionals across different regions. Dana played a significant role in the company's growth by doubling its size through strategic recruitment efforts. Dana collaborated closely with C-level executives and the CEO to fill key positions and optimized the hiring funnel through employer branding. Dana also implemented hiring methodologies for various types of hires and created TA automatic dashboards to measure success and efficiency. Prior to SimilarWeb, Dana served as the Director of HR and Global Talent Acquisition at Seeking Alpha, where they managed talent acquisition across multiple locations. Dana also worked as the Head HR Recruiter at the Barclays Investment Bank and was responsible for recruiting professionals for their R&D and Engineering teams. Dana began their career as a Recruiting Manager at Hever Hon Enoshi, where they specialized in recruiting professionals for the capital markets.

Dana Cohen (She/her) obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The Open University of Israel, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Tel Aviv University and successfully completed it between 2008 and 2010.
