Andrew Tan, PMP, is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Manager for the APAC region at Similarweb. With a proven track record in customer success roles, Andrew has held director positions at Smarsh, SugarCRM, and Kony, Inc., focusing on strategic accounts and regional operations in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Prior to these roles, Andrew was the Director of Sales Operations at Visa. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, earned between 1994 and 1998.
