Shany Hoobian Benvenisty

Shany Hoobian Benvenisty has had a diverse range of work experiences. Shany started their career as a Technical Support Representative at Bezeq in 2008 and worked there until 2009. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Graphic Designer and Salesperson at Held.

In 2014, Shany joined UI - Human Factors Ltd. as a UI Designer. Shany then progressed to the role of Senior UI Designer & Project Manager in 2016, where they led and managed complex systems projects, provided professional management to designers, and maintained communication with clients. Shany held this role until 2019.

In 2015, they joined Microsoft as a Product Designer at Azure Security Center. During their time there, they collaborated with Product Managers to define UX guidelines, worked closely with development and QA teams to implement designs, and took responsibility for UI & UX aspects of the system. Their tenure at Microsoft ended in 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Shany worked as a Product Designer at WalkMe™, where they contributed to the design of various products.

Currently, they are employed as a Senior Product Designer at Similarweb since 2020.

Shany Hoobian Benvenisty completed their education in two notable institutions. From 2019 to 2020, they pursued a degree in User Experience Design at the University of Haifa. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Wizo design academy, where they focused on Visual Communication with a specialization in Interaction Design.
