Ray Torrence

Ray Torrence has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Ray started their career at Regions Bank in 1998 as a Personal Banker and Assistant Branch Manager. Ray then progressed through various roles including Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Vice President, Consumer Sales Manager, and finally, Senior Vice President, Senior Consumer Banking Manager. During their time at Regions Bank, Ray demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and consistently achieved or exceeded their goals. In 2022, they joined Simmons Bank as the SVP, Director of Market Development, and later transitioned to the role of SVP / Community Regional Executive. Overall, Ray Torrence has a successful track record in building strong partnerships and executing growth strategies within the banking industry.

Ray Torrence attended Austin Peay State University from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at LAVERGNE HIGH SCHOOL from 1994 to 1998, earning an honors degree. In addition to their formal education, Ray Torrence has obtained several certifications, including Executive Communication Graduate from Speakeasy, and various certifications from Regions Bank and the Consumer Bankers Association.
