William C.

William C. began their work experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at Arkansas Tech University in 2009. William then joined Cloyes Gear & Products in 2011 as an Engineering Intern, where they gained knowledge in powdered metal manufacturing and gained workplace experience. William continued working at Cloyes Gear & Products as a Process Engineer and later as a Lead Process Engineer from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined JW Aluminum as a Process Engineer. From 2017, William has been working at Simmons Bank, starting as a Performance Improvement Specialist and then progressing to Director roles in Loan Administration, Lending Operations, and Lending Operations Analysis.

William C. attended Arkansas Tech University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications including a Black Belt Certification from Cloyes Gear and Products in 2016, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Cloyes Gear and Products in 2014, and a Certified Powder Metallurgy Technologist from APMI International in 2013.
