Hadia Samim is an experienced professional in global health and governance, currently serving as an instructor at Simon Fraser University since April 2023. With a strong background at The World Bank as a Climate Ambassador and content developer, Hadia has also held managerial roles at REEF and co-founded BC4Afghans Community Services. Previous experience includes serving as Canada's Youth Delegate to the World Bank Group and the United Nations, with additional roles in project coordination within Fraser Health Authority and program assistance at the Local Immigration Partnership. Hadia holds a Master's Degree in Global Public Health, Social Inequities and Policy, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Political Science, and Economics from Simon Fraser University.
