Tanya Morrison

Tanya Morrison's work experience begins in 2005 when they joined Vancity as a Senior Employee Services Specialist. Over the years, they held various positions within the organization, including Recruitment Specialist, Senior Recruitment Specialist, Organizational Change Consultant, Project Manager for Better Decisions Better Results, and Manager of HR, Organization Design, and Accountability Principles. In their later roles, they managed Total Rewards & Wellness programs, led the integration and optimization of existing Total Rewards & Wellness programs, and oversaw Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. In 2018, Tanya joined Simon Fraser University as the Director Compensation, and later became the Director of Total Compensation in September 2020.

Tanya Morrison has an education history that includes attending Simon Fraser University. Tanya also completed various certificate programs and trainings, such as the Employee Benefits: Analyzing Funding and Risk Models program at the Canadian Payroll Association, the Workplace Mental Health Leadership™ certificate program at Queen's University, and the DiverseCity onBoard Governance Training at Ryerson University. Tanya also completed a course on Accommodation Law from Labour Law Online. Tanya Morrison was also certified in the DiverseCity onBoard Governance Training Program from Ryerson University and completed the Indigenous Canada course on Coursera.
