Tanya Morrison's work experience begins in 2005 when they joined Vancity as a Senior Employee Services Specialist. Over the years, they held various positions within the organization, including Recruitment Specialist, Senior Recruitment Specialist, Organizational Change Consultant, Project Manager for Better Decisions Better Results, and Manager of HR, Organization Design, and Accountability Principles. In their later roles, they managed Total Rewards & Wellness programs, led the integration and optimization of existing Total Rewards & Wellness programs, and oversaw Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. In 2018, Tanya joined Simon Fraser University as the Director Compensation, and later became the Director of Total Compensation in September 2020.
