Erika Ivonne Ramos Gomez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management, policy development, and employee advocacy. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at SIMON since March 2016, Erika has previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Elkay Manufacturing and Recall Total Information Management Pte Ltd.
