Tobias Diebold

Tobias Diebold is the Head of Energy Management at SIMONA Group since April 2021, focusing on energy management, sustainability, CO2 transformation concepts, and energy efficiency projects, while also overseeing energy procurement and conducting ISO 50001 energy audits. Previously, Tobias served as an Energy Manager at John Deere, specializing in energy procurement, monitoring, and efficiency optimization from October 2018 to October 2020. Tobias founded a service-oriented business in the craft sector from 2013 to 2018 and has worked in various roles including a student position at Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH, a Bachelor thesis researcher at the Institut für Energieeffiziente Systeme, and an engineering student at psb Intralogistics GmbH. The educational background includes a Master’s degree in Energy and Building Management from Technische Hochschule Bingen, a Bachelor of Engineering in Energy Efficient Systems from Hochschule Kaiserslautern, and training as an Information Electronics Technician.
