Mauro Parrini

Mauro Parrini has been working in the field of operations and management for several companies. Mauro started their career as a researcher at 3F Chimica from 2000 to 2001. Mauro then joined Indesit Company in 2002 as an Operations Manager, overseeing production, planning, and workforce management. After that, they worked at Bompani Italia as a Plant Manager from 2009 to 2011, where they managed various plant functions. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Simonelli Group S.p.A., responsible for R&D, engineering, quality, supply chain, and human resources management.
