Bikash Kumar Mallick has an extensive work experience in the field of product testing and validation. BIKASH KUMAR is currently serving as the Head of Product Testing & Validation at Simple Energy since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Ather Energy where they held multiple roles including Mechanical Test Management Lead (Product Validation) from April 2021 to March 2022, Project Manager (Virtual Validation) from April 2019 to March 2021, and Manager (Vehicle Engineering & Validation) from September 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Bajaj Auto Ltd as a Research And Development Engineer (Testing & Validation Indoor Testing) from March 2008 to September 2017. Bikash also gained experience at Tata Motors as an Associate Engineer (Engineering Research Center) from September 2007 to March 2008, and at Sree Metaliks Ltd. as a Mechanical Engineer from November 2005 to August 2007.

Bikash Kumar Mallick's educational history includes completing a Post Graduate Program in Advance General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Mayurbhanj School of Engineering.
