Kunal Rathod

Kunal Rathod has a diverse work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Kunal is currently working as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Simple Energy since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Procurement Engineer at Olectra-BYD from February 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for product development, costing, and purchase of commercial vehicle parts. Kunal successfully achieved the target of selling 215 Buses to the government of India across various FAME-II schemes.

Before joining Olectra-BYD, Kunal worked at JBM AUTO LIMITED as a Purchase Engineer from August 2016 to January 2019. In this role, they were involved in sourcing, development, and costing of various auto parts for major customers. Kunal was also a core team member for product development projects and proficient in SAP MM and PP modules.

Kunal Rathod earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sir Padampat Singhania University in Udaipur. Kunal attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
