Scott Dickson has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Scott began their career in 1990 as a System Engineer and Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation's XonTech Business Unit. In 1994, they moved to Sybase as an Area Technical Director, and then to VeriSystems as President in 1998. In 2000, they joined Portal Software as a Market Development Manager. In 2001, they were appointed General Manager of HomeBuilder CRM Division at Homestore (now known as Move, Inc.). In 2005, they joined UnitedHealth Group as Vice President of OPTUM Technology, where they oversaw all Pharmacy Benefit Manager application development and quality assurance. In 2017, they were Managing Director of Information Technology at L.A. Care Health Plan, where they delivered a Service-based Architecture to integrate Membership Data with Claims Platform. In 2019, they were Chief Information Officer at Autism Learning Partners, where they built Enterprise Technology Capabilities and migrated all Platforms to Cloud. Currently, they are Chief Technology Officer at Simple Fractal.

Scott Dickson has a MBA from Pepperdine University in Business Administration and a B.S.C.E.E. from Purdue University in Computer Engineering. Scott also holds certifications from (ISC)², including a CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional) obtained in December 2015 and a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) obtained in November 2015.
