James Cofield

James Cofield is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technology leadership and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Ideal Cabinetry since August 2022, James previously held various senior positions at Unum, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations, leading transformative technology projects, and enhancing customer experiences through process automation. James has also contributed as a Software Development Manager at AlwaysCare Benefits and as a Software Developer in both the State of Louisiana and Amedisys Home Health & Hospice. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
