Geoffroy Guille has a diverse work experience across various industries. Geoffroy started their career as a Gérant Mandataire at Nicolas in 2015. Geoffroy then worked as a Communication and Marketing professional at Cidou - groupe Laiterie Saint-Denis de l'Hôtel (LSDH) in 2017, where they contributed to the rebranding of the juice brand Cidou and worked on packaging redesign and website revamp. In 2018, they joined Orange as part of the Communication and Digital Animation team, focusing on cloud gaming and devising strategies to attract and retain customers. Geoffroy also worked at Ankama from 2011 to 2019, where they served as an Animator and Team Leader, responsible for coordinating the volunteer team, managing projects, implementing in-game events, and communication with the community. In 2019, they joined Ancel (Groupe Sainte Lucie 1885) as a Category Manager, focusing on the successful integration of Ancel's product range into Dessert Passion. Lastly, they are currently working at Simplébo, where they have held various roles, including Customer Success Manager Senior, Customer Success Manager Stratégique, and, most recently, Customer Success Manager Senior - Expert SEO. In their current position, Geoffroy is involved in creating resources, implementing processes, and monitoring deliverables to enhance the SEO capabilities of the Customer Success Management team.
Geoffroy Guille has pursued their education in a chronological order as follows:
- From 1998 to 2013, they studied at École active bilingue Jeannine Manuel, where they obtained their Baccalauréat ES degree.
- From 2013 to 2018, Geoffroy attended ESSCA and completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Communication d'entreprise et médias digitaux.
- In 2016, they spent a semester at Ajou University in South Korea, although the specific degree obtained has not been specified.
In addition to their formal education, Geoffroy Guille has obtained certifications in:
