Ezequiel Losio has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning multiple companies and roles.
Ezequiel began their career at AES as an HR Generalist from 2004 to 2006 before joining EDEN as an HR Generalist. At EDEN, they focused on improving information channels and implementing HR procedures.
In 2008, Losio joined Aegis Argentina as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they led a team and managed the People Strategy, including talent management, labor relations, payroll, and analytics. Ezequiel played a key role in the HR transformation from an administrative function to a strategic business partner. Ezequiel also served as the Head of HR Management Control and Compensation, where they designed and analyzed HR reports and oversaw compensation and benefits administration.
In 2020, Losio joined STARTEK Latam as an HR Manager before transitioning to Simplestate. At Simplestate, they have served as a People Manager and currently serves as the Head of People.
Throughout their career, Losio has demonstrated a strong focus on talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
Ezequiel Losio has a diverse education history. In 2002-2007, they attended the University of Buenos Aires and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Economics. In 2012, they studied General Management at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. In 2017, they completed a Diplomatura in the Executive Program of Human Resources at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In 2021, Ezequiel pursued further education in the field of agility, attending DCH Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano for an Agile Human Capital Executive program, and completing a Scrum Master program at Facthum we'll Spain.
