Rosie Riley

Rosie Riley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in onboarding, operations, and leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Onboarding and Operations for the Wealth Division at Simplicity Group since October 2021, Rosie focuses on key business metrics, continuous improvement, and process redesign for enhanced productivity. Previously, Rosie was the President & CEO of HighImpact Consulting, where leadership in business operations and strategic growth initiatives was emphasized. Rosie also held the position of Sales Development and Onboarding Sr. Manager at Questar Capital Corporation, fostering key stakeholder relationships and managing onboarding processes, and worked at Allianz Life as a Senior Sales Development Manager and Sales Education Trainer, where significant growth and efficiency improvements were achieved. Rosie holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and Tecnológico de Monterrey, and completed additional education at Harvard University in 2006.
