Tushar Kadam has a range of work experience in various roles within the technology and consulting industries. Tushar is currently the Director - Customer Engagement at Simplifai, where they oversee customer service, retention, and compliance. Before joining Simplifai, Tushar worked at abas Force (India) Pvt Ltd as the Managing Director and Sales Director. In these roles, they were responsible for sales and operations in Mumbai and Pune and appointed strategic partners for sales within the Western and Southern regions.

Tushar also gained experience as a Project Manager at Abas Projektierung, where they provided strategic consulting, conducted training sessions, and offered technical and functional consulting services for ABAS ERP. Additionally, they worked as an ERP Consultant at abas Technologies Private Ltd, focusing on ERP solutions.

Tushar Kadam pursued their education starting in 2001 at Kirti M Dungursee, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they joined Wigan & Leigh College (India) Ltd. from 2004 to 2006, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, Tushar obtained a Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in January 2020, and completed a Customer Experience: Journey Mapping course from LinkedIn in December 2019.
