Tafseer-ul-Islam Siddiqui has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tafseer-ul-Islam is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at SimpliFi since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Careem from 2016 to 2021, initially as a Software Architect and later as the Senior Director of Software Engineering. At Careem, Tafseer-ul-Islam Siddiqui played a crucial role in simplifying people's lives and building an inspiring organization. Before their tenure at Careem, they worked at VentureDive as a Software Architect from 2014 to 2016 and as the Lead Application Engineer from 2011 to 2014. Tafseer-ul-Islam was also a Founder at Firework Labs from 2010 to 2011. Tafseer-ul-Islam Siddiqui began their career at Advanced Research Projects and Technologies, where they worked as a Senior Programming Analyst from 2009 to 2010 and as a Programming Analyst from 2008 to 2009. Tafseer-ul-Islam started as a Software Developer at Interlink Engineering in 2005, where their primary responsibilities included developing client-specific applications for compact devices using barcode and RFID technologies.

Tafseer-ul-Islam Siddiqui's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled in Adamjee Government Science College. Tafseer-ul-Islam completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Pre-Engineering from this institution in 2001. After that, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Lahore University of Management Sciences to obtain a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence.
