Benjamin Tricoche

Benjamin Tricoche is the current Head of Presales at SimpliField. Prior to this, they were with Inuvika Inc. for 7 years, Ulteo for 2.5 years and SimpliField for 8 months. Benjamin has experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer and Inside Sales Manager.

Benjamin’s background is in PreSales and Customer Onboarding. As part of the Solution Engineering team, they completed different missions related to PreSales and Customer Onboarding in EMEA and the US. Benjamin's role as PreSales was to work side by side with the Sales team to collect prospects functional needs and wishes, build demo accounts including the identified usecases and present it to the prospects teams proving the value added of our solution.

As an OnBoarding Specialist, they were managing the deployment of the solution for our customers, from driving the project (planning and scoping the process, leading workshops and strategic meetings) to setting up the solution (collecting data from the customer, build the databases and set up the solution in accordance to customer's needs). Another mission of their was to closely work with the product team to transfer prospects and customer feedbacks regarding the functional aspect of the solution.

In their previous role as Sales Engineer / Partner Channel Development at Inuvika Inc., they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Inuvika’s OEM and ISV partners while also providing technical support during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

Before that, they were Ulteo’s Inside Sales Manager where they successfully increased revenue by 50% in their first year through effective lead management and developing relationships with key decision makers.

Benjamin Tricoche has a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Groupe FIM, and a degree in English&Spanish Language and Literature from Université de Caen Basse Normandie.

Benjamin Tricoche reports to Benjamin Zenou, CEO & Co-Founder. Benjamin Tricoche works with Olivier Mayot - CTO, Marjorie Palasse - Head of HR, and Jonathan Attal - COO & Co-Founder.
