Ashraf Kazi

Ashraf Kazi has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Ashraf is currently working as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Simplify Healthcare since September 2022. Prior to this, Ashraf held the position of General Manager of Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls from October 2021 to February 2022. Ashraf also worked at Capita as a Talent Acquisition Manager from January 2021 to October 2021 and as an Associate Manager of Human Resources from May 2016 to October 2021. Ashraf has previous experience working as a Recruitment Professional at IBM from November 2015 to March 2016 and as a Lead Human Resource (Recruitment & Resourcing) at Capita IT Enterprise Services from March 2014 to November 2015. Ashraf also worked as a Recruitment Specialist and Recruiter at IBM India Software Lab (ISL) from November 2009 to March 2014. Earlier in their career, Ashraf held positions such as an IT Resource Executive at Webecome Consultants Pvt Ltd from November 2008 to November 2009, an HR Executive at SIDDHESHWAR INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LTD from December 2007 to March 2008, a Sales Engineer at Giga Tech Private Limited from July 2005 to February 2006, and a Sales Associate at RELIANCE INFOCOMM from July 2004 to February 2005.

Ashraf Kazi has a diverse education history. In 1997, they began their undergraduate studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University, pursuing a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. Ashraf successfully completed their studies in 2002.

Following this, in 2006, Ashraf attended TASMAC, University of Wales UK, where they obtained a PGDM degree in Human Resource Management. Ashraf completed their studies in 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Ashraf also obtained two additional certifications. In July 2012, they became a LinkedIn Recruiter Expert through training conducted by LinkedIn. Ashraf also received a certification in Behavior Based Structured Interviewing from IBM in January 2013.
