Akash Tiwari

Akash Tiwari has a diverse work experience in various roles. Akash worked at Simplilearn as a Lead Learner Success Manager, responsible for handling learner escalations and improving escalation procedures. Prior to that, they worked as a Learner Success Manager at Simplilearn, where they handled necessary escalations and worked on process development. Akash also worked as a Public Speaking Expert at PlanetSpark, where they educated students on soft skills and public speaking tools. Additionally, they worked as a Student Success Associate at upGrad and as a Special Education Paraeducator at HARSH PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL, where they provided supervision, coaching, and advisory support to students and teachers.

Akash Tiwari completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Genetics from the University of Mumbai from 2020 to 2021. Akash also obtained two additional certifications: Certified Learner Success Manager - ProAssist Program from Simplilearn in September 2022 and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in August 2022.
