Meenal Belsare has a diverse range of work experience in the field of sales, marketing, and quality assurance. Meenal started their career as a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee at IFORTIS WORLDWIDE™ in May 2021, where they gained valuable knowledge and skills in the sales and marketing industry.

In 2022, Meenal joined PlanetSpark as a Sales Audit Intern, where they played a key role in monitoring and evaluating counseling sessions to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies. Meenal conducted detailed analysis of call recordings and provided constructive feedback to counselors, focusing on areas of improvement and performance enhancement. Meenal also developed and implemented call quality assessment guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices. Meenal continued to excel in their role and was promoted to Sales Audit Associate in March 2023.

Meenal Belsare's most recent work experience is as a Quality Analyst at Simplilearn, starting in June 2023.

Meenal Belsare completed their education at the Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT), Durg from 2020 to 2022. Meenal obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Marketing during this period. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they attended Rungta College of Engineering & Technology Kohka-Kurud Bhilai, where they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology.
