Prerna Mohanty

Prerna Mohanty has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Prerna began their career as a Management Trainee at RenewBuy in February 2020, where they assisted insurance advisors in selling insurance policies and played a role in building a dealership network to generate revenue for the company.

In October 2020, Prerna then joined BYJU'S as a User Experience Specialist. In this role, they guided students throughout their academic journey by providing them with the right resources and academic learning support. Prerna also monitored student progress and provided on-call mentoring, ultimately aiming to encourage product adoption and drive engagement for effective learning outcomes.

Most recently, Prerna joined Simplilearn in October 2021 as a Talent Acquisition-Niche Hiring professional. Prerna'sresponsibilities included hiring for various non-tech roles in sales, business development, marketing, IT, and product management. Prerna demonstrated expertise in sourcing leadership positions across both IT and non-IT domains.
