Wes Alford

With more than 20 years of client success experience, Wes leads Simpluris’ Operations and Client Services team. Prior to Simpluris, he served as both a Senior Director of Project Management and a Senior Director of Client Services at legal administration companies. In these roles, he was responsible for providing superior client service while using a consultative approach to administer both consumer class action settlements and remediation of corporate compliance matters. Wes served in the United States Navy, both as a senior enlisted advisor and limited duty officer specializing in next-generation warfighting capabilities and technologies. Here, he led a team of more than 80 during six global deployments. Wes earned a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University, is a certified Scrum Master, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
