Tania Mcpherson

Tania McPherson has extensive experience in dental hygiene and management, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Compliance and Hygiene and Director of Operations at Simply Dental Management since June 2018. In addition to these roles, Tania works as a Clinical Area Manager and Compliance for Simply Dental Group since July 2018. Previous positions include Registered Dental Hygienist at Gentle Dental Partners, where Tania focused on clinical compliance and staff development, and a dental hygienist at multiple practices. Tania also has experience as an adjunct clinical instructor at MCPHS University, overseeing senior dental hygiene students. Academically, Tania holds a Master's Degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fitchburg State University, and an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College.
