Ally Basham

Ally Basham is the current Project Coordinator at Simply Solar. Prior to this, they worked as an Human Resources Intern at Domaine Chandon from July 2017 to December 2017. There, they were responsible for creating and generating contents around HR activities, from recruitment to employee engagement and benefits offer to learning and development. Ally also assisted the HR Manager with annual PCR/ICR processes, C&B administration, leave of absences, recruitment, and company event logistics.

In addition, Ally supported the implementation of new administrator and open enrollment processes, assisted in the development of local tools and internal communication regarding recruitment and induction processes, and constructed the companywide Wellness Program, Training Catalog, and Employee Maternity Leave Bonus.

Ally Basham has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University. They also have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University. Additionally, they have certification from Lean Six Sigma White Belt.

Ally Basham reports to Jake Hassid, COO & Co-Founder. Ally Basham works with Matt Robertson - Operations Administrator, Rachel Eager - Project Coordinator, and Joe Eldridge - Field Operations Manager.
