Gayle Matson

Gayle Matson has over 20 years of work experience. Gayle began their career in 2000 as a Co-Manager at J.Jill, where they oversaw and ensured efficiency of all store daily operational procedures and led a team to maximize store potential, achieved sales productivity goals and profitability. In 2003, they moved to Liz Claiborne as an Assistant Manager, where they leveraged the use of gross margin reports and financial resources to increase productivity. In 2004, Gayle joined Target, where they held three roles: Business Partner - Organizational Effectiveness, Training Coordinator, and Product Coordinator. In 2017, they became a Veterinary Assistant at Camden Pet Hospital, followed by a Veterinary Technician role at NorthPaws Veterinary Center in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, Gayle began working as a Translation Manager at SimplyConnect Consulting.

Gayle Matson attended the University of St. Thomas from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
