Ryan Daly

Ryan Daly has a diverse range of work experiences spanning different industries and leadership roles. Ryan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SimplyInsured, a position they started in 2022. Before that, Ryan worked as a Consultant/Advisor in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the SVP of Customer Experience & Operations at quip., where they led various departments and spearheaded strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they were the VP of Customer Experience at SoulCycle Inc. in 2018 and held the role of Director of Marketplace & Partner Operations at Jet from 2015 to 2017. Ryan also has experience at Google as a Manager of Global Support Operations from 2013 to 2015. Ryan pursued an MBA at The Wharton School from 2011 to 2013, during which they completed an internship at LinkedIn. Ryan's professional journey began in the US Army, where they spent over 5 years as a Captain and an Infantry Officer, demonstrating leadership skills and implementing data-driven strategies.

Ryan Daly attended St. Joseph High School from 1999 to 2002, where they did not receive a degree or study a specific field. Ryan then went on to the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International and Strategic History / Engineering.

Continuing their education, Ryan attended The Wharton School from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Management.

In addition to their degrees, Ryan earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2017. Ryan also obtained a certification in SQL, although the details of when and where they obtained it are not provided.
