Director, Customer Success at Simpplr

Kay Lim has a diverse work experience in customer success and operations management. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Director of Product Development at Hart Systems, where they developed an online time management product and collaborated with engineers to create a user-friendly interface. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Director of In-Home Private Tutoring Customer Success at FLEX College Prep, successfully launching a new business sector and managing a personalized tutoring service. Kay then joined GuideSpark, Inc. in 2012, first as an Operations Manager, responsible for daily operations and company relocation, and later as a Senior Customer Success Manager, managing enterprise accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2017, Kay moved to Solvvy, working as a Customer Success Manager and focusing on delivering an effortless customer self-service experience. Kay joined Simpplr in 2019, initially as a Manager of Customer Success, and later transitioning to the role of Director of Customer Success. At Simpplr, they helped companies engage their workforce through streamlining internal communication and forging employee connections.

Kay Lim has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from Scripps College.
