Eryka Wallace is a skilled professional with extensive experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at SimpsonScarborough since October 2021. In this role, Eryka focuses on enhancing the workplace culture and connectivity within a remote-first environment through strategic business-oriented solutions. Previously, Eryka held the role of Brand Strategist, leading brand development for higher education institutions and conducting comprehensive market research. Eryka's background includes serving as a Marketing Strategist at Clemson University, where leadership in digital communications and team management was key.
