Lisa Patrick

Lisa Patrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and coaching, currently serving as Associate Director of People & Culture at Pace Gallery since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa founded Lisa Patrick Coaching, where coaching services were tailored to individual and group objectives, fostering productive experiences from February 2016 to July 2022. Lisa's media background includes roles as Associate Producer at Lifetime Television Network and PBS from 2000 to 2003, where content was developed through research and editorial oversight, as well as Senior Project Manager at MTV Networks from 1995 to 2000, overseeing creative marketing projects for high-profile events. Earlier in the career, Lisa worked as Associate Editor at Marvel Comics from 1990 to 1995, directing comic storylines and collaborating with writers and artists. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
